Your data, your call

Delete Your OroQ Account

You can permanently delete your OroQ parent account and every piece of data tied to it — from inside the app in seconds, or by email if you've already uninstalled it.

This page covers the OroQ Android app (uk.co.cyberheroez.oroq), operated by CyberHeroez CIC, United Kingdom.

Fastest way: delete in the app

  1. Open OroQ on your parent device and sign in.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You'll be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

If you've uninstalled the app

Email dipesh@cyberheroez.co.uk with the subject "Delete my OroQ account", sent from the Google account email you used to sign in (so we can verify it's you). We process deletion requests within 30 days, and you'll get a confirmation reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

Once your account is deleted, linked child devices stop being monitored. Data stored locally on a child device (settings, PIN, keys, the local block log) stays on that device and is removed by uninstalling the app there.

What we keep

Nothing. OroQ keeps no copy of your account after deletion. Note that server-side activity summaries are end-to-end encrypted (unreadable to us) and auto-expire after 7 days even without a deletion request; pending commands expire after 24 hours. See the app privacy policy for full retention details.
